This video describes how to make soymilk using a soymilk maker. Making soymilk at home is very easy using this convenient machine. The machine automatically makes the soymilk, all you have to do is soak the beans and push a button. So what is all the commotion about the Vert? Well, the Vert is a new style of juicer called a slow juicer or upright juicer. What makes the slow juicer so special is that it can juice a variety of produce well. In the past, most juicers did well with certain types of fruits and vegetables, but the Vert is one of the only juicers that is known for its ease of use when it comes to juicing fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, and even wheatgrass!

So that means that you can make a juice recipe with soft fruits like oranges, hard fruits like apples, hard vegetables like celery, and leafy greens and grasses such as wheatgrass! Pretty cool right?

Also, the Omega Vert is perfect for the small kitchen because it stands upright and doesn't take up a lot of counter space. It also runs quiet and even though it is called a slow juicer, it does juice pretty quickly in my opinion. Clean up isn't bad either. Just run a glass of water through the juicer right before clean up and the wiper technology will help pre-clean the juicer for you, minimal scrubbing involved.

The only cons for the slow juicer is that the juice is full of pulp, but this can be remedied by buying a simple strainer and straining the juice before drinking. Also, with heavy use the juicer screen might need to be replaced once an awhile, and the Omega Juicer company is happy to work with you.

Despite its drawbacks, I find the Vert to be a versatile juicer that is easy to use and clean!
